Cancellation and Refund Policy

Gameplay rewards are promotional credits and are not user deposits or purchases. A withdrawal can be cancelled only before it is submitted to the payout provider. Once processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.

Failed or reversed payouts are automatically credited back to the in-site wallet after verified provider confirmation. Incorrect UPI details supplied by a user may delay or prevent recovery. Contact support with the payout reference for assistance.
