Tax and reward compliance

Promotional withdrawals may require tax reporting or withholding as required by applicable law. Users are responsible for accurate information and their own tax obligations.

Manual UPI and payout providers

Withdrawal funds are locked while a request is Pending or Processing. An administrator must review every request. Payment may be sent manually through UPI or through an enabled provider such as RazorpayX or Cashfree Payouts. A Paid request contains a transaction reference. Rejected, Failed or Cancelled requests return the locked amount to the available wallet.

We never ask for or store a UPI PIN, UPI OTP, card details or bank password. Users must verify their UPI ID before submitting.
